Setup Portfolio Workflows, Templates, and Charts (v10.xx)
A default ‘Project Request’ workflow is provided and can be modified to align with the organization's request workflow. Workflow definition in the 'Portfolio' database is simplified compared to the 'Projects' database, as it is available for only one document type and has fewer functions.
If a workflow is not required for the ‘Project Request’, it can be detached or deleted.
To perform a workflow you need at least a Stakeholder License (Timesheet, Team Member or Project Manager licenses are also valid).
In the ACL (Access Control List) you must have Author Access and the ability to Create/Delete documents.
