Create, define and switch between workspaces.

• Go to: Company icon (bottom-left corner of screen) to open the side menu and:
  – View a list of your existing companies
  – Switch to another of your existing companies
  – Create a new company/workspace

• Click on the name of any company listed to switch directly to that workspace

• To add a new workspace:
  – Click on Add new company
  – Add company name and optionally a logo – these both can be modified later on
  – Select a default currency for the company and consequently all budgets, costs and rates created within this workspace – this cannot be changed once selected
  – Read and accept the Subscription Agreement
  – Click Create workspace to finish creating your company

• A newly created workspace will automatically be added to your list of current companies you can switch to

• A user can create up to 10 companies and can be a member of (get invited to) an unlimited number of workspaces
