The Tasks and Assignments generated in the Genius Planner are synchronized with Genius Project. The Team Planner is XML based and doesn’t write back to the Task and Assignment documents, but only to the Genius Planner. If the Project Leader accepts the changes and after save and close the Genius Planner, it is written into the Tasks and Assignments. If denied, nothing happens. This means the utilization of the resources cannot be affected by the changes the Team Leader makes in the Team Planner! It is only visible by the values the Project Leader enters during the draft and the changes he / she accepts.
