    3. Decisions and actions required to resolve the issue.
  2. Ability to escalate critical issues to management for resolution if needed.

A streamlined Issue Management Process helps project teams raise issues efficiently to the project leader and subsequently have these issues monitored and controlled effectively. Cerri Project includes a default workflow for Issue Report documents, which can be modified to align with an organization’s processes.


A well-structured Issue Form ensures consistency and clarity in reporting. This form helps team members describe the issue in detail, its current impact on the project and the recommendations for immediate or quick resolution.
