Keep track and monitor your project expenses and actual cost.
From navigation menu go to: Project > My/All/Agile/Waterfall projects
Click on a project to open it
Click on Expenses from the project’s left-hand menu to view all expenses assigned to the project
Click on an expense to open it and view, modify or delete it
In Details from the project’s left-hand menu, under Budget, the Actual cost will automatically reflect any new or deleted expenses in real time
