Insert Activity

Inserts a new task after the last selected item in the Gantt chart. If no task is selected, the new task is added at the end of the item list. It is given a default name (New entry #) and 1-day duration starting from the present date (unless the project start date is in the future).

Inserts a new milestone after the last selected item in the Gantt chart. If no milestone is selected, the new milestone is added at the end of the item list. It is given a default name (New entry #) and 0-day duration starting from the present date (unless the project start date is in the future).

Delete Activity

Deletes the currently selected tasks, milestones, or phases in the Gantt chart.

The user must confirm this action before the operation is performed.

Insert Resource

Add a published resource to the list of available resources. It will be added to the "Internal project team" field in the corresponding "Project description" document the next time the plan is synchronized.

Create Link

Creates a new dependency between two items. When this action is selected, the cursor changes to a cross. The start and end points of the constraint must to be selected.

Deletes the currently selected constraints in the Gantt chart.

The user must confirm this action before the operation is performed.

Copy Activities

Copies the selected items to the clipboard. Assignments are copied without the current progress, and Constraints are copied if they exist.

The content of the clipboard is not readable outside of the Cerri Planner context.

Pastes items from the clipboard after the last selected task in the Gantt chart. If no task is selected, the items are added at the end of the list.

Timeshift Items

Shifts the selected tasks, milestones, and phases to a new date specified by the user, keeping the start date on the same weekday.

Jumps to the selected item and displays it in the Gantt Chart.

Expand/Collapse all

Toggles between expanding and collapsing all phases. When a plan is opened for the first time, all phases are expanded.
