To Do (v10.xx)

A "To Do" is a simplified task with no assigned workload or duration. It can be only assigned to one resource.

Header	To do	The title of the "To Do". This field is mandatory.
	Ref	Optional code for this task. Depending on the application setup, this can be automatically generated.
	Project	The project to which the "To Do" belongs.
	Phase	The phase of the project the "To Do" belongs to.
	Project leader	The main project leader of the corresponding project.
	Status	Indicates the "To Do" status. The possible values are: "Stand-by": The "To Do" is planned but not visible in the action list of the assigned resource. "Requested": (default) The "To Do" is planned and is to be accomplished by the assigned resource. "Completed": The "To Do" is completed and is no longer visible in the assigned resource's "Personal" views.
	Deadline	Visual indicators: Red: Deadline passed. Orange: Deadline will not be met based on remaining workload. Green: On track.
	Version	Version of the "To Do"
	Modified on	Date and time of the latest modification. Clicking the date opens a history of all changes made.

Description	Assigned to	The resource asigned to the "To Do". By default, this is the document author. This field is mandatory and only one resource can be selected from the project participants.
	End date	Planned end date.
	Description	Rich text field to describe the task in detail.
Comments		Rich text field to add any comments.

Note: Files and documents can be attached and linked to a "To Do" like any other record in Cerri Project.
