Easy-to-use Timesheet User Interface:
Cerri Project provides an intuitive way for users to log actual and re-estimated hours for project tasks. Users complete timesheets on a weekly basis, which include details on the nature of the time spent. Once completed, an approval request is sent to a designated approver (typically the resource manager) using the workflow feature within Cerri Project. Resource managers can then approve or reject individual timesheets, and project plans and tasks can be updated automatically with the timesheet data entries.
A Complete Picture of Resource Usage and Costs: All timesheet entries are calculated and assigned to a specific project. Each resource is linked to an internal cost structure with billing rates relevant to their role. Costs are computed based on planned time, actual time, and time billed. This allows for a comprehensive overview of resource usage and the financial implications, including budgets, costs, and margins, to be identified.
