Project Live! is Cerri Project’s social collaboration platform, designed to enhance enterprise project and portfolio management by incorporating social media-style capabilities. This feature streamlines collaboration, improves project information flow, increases productivity, and boosts application adoption.
Project Live! highlights and benefits:
Familiar tools: Social media-like features accessible across multiple devices.
Single-page view: A centralized, "social media wall" or timeline aggregates project updates and statuses.
Instant access: Provides project managers and team members with quick access to vital project information. Increases user adoption and reduces reliance on email exchanges.
Project Live! is available at three different levels:
Personal: Displays actions, notifications, and communications specific to the user.
Project: Includes actions, notifications, and communications related to a specific project.
Record: Includes actions, notifications, and communications related to a specific record.
Project Live! personal project wall
The Project Live! wall serves as a central hub for managing tasks, "to do's", and stay updated on project communications.
The right pane displays all tasks and "to do's" for the logged-in user. Users can update progress directly from this view.
The left pane displays a communication stream including: comments, workflow action requests, notifications, and alerts. Users can take direct actions on these messages.
Accessing the Project Live! wall
There are two ways to access the Project Live! wall:
From the navigation menu: Go to the [My workspace] tab and click on " Project Live! – Project wall" in the contextual navigation menu. Note: This is the default welcome page for Cerri Project.
Managing Tasks and To Do's from your Project Live! dashboard
Tasks and "to do's" are listed in the right pane of the Project Live! dashboard.
Use the drop-down list to sort items by : Due date, Name, Project, or Start date.
It is possible to narrow displayed items using filters. Specify a project or name to focus on specific tasks or "to do's."

Updating a Task from the Project Live! Project Wall.
Clicking on the stopwatch icon next to a task opens a dialogue box where you can update the task's progress.

My Task Board
The Task-Kanban Board, together with Project Live!, allows you to view and manage tasks that you have read access to. It is designed for use by both project leaders and team members.
Tasks can be grouped by Status, Due date, and other criteria. They can also be filtered by "My Tasks" or additional filters can be applied as needed.
Here is an example of tasks filtered by Planned Start Date to view your upcoming planning schedule for the next months:
