Review and Evaluate Project Requests (v10.xx)

Throughout the review cycle of a project request, various stakeholders can modify or complete the request, depending on the workflow. Cerri Project also provides tools to evaluate different requests and select the most suitable ones.

To compare requests effectively, it is essential to have reliable, standardized data for each. However, every organization has unique strategies and constraints. To address these differences, Cerri Project allows organizations to define their own evaluation criteria for project requests and projects. Refer to "Define critical success factors" in the ADMIN guide to learn how to set up critical success factors. To facilitate request comparisons, they are ranked based on the value or score assigned to them, determined by measuring their critical success factors. A higher score indicates a more valuable project or idea.

The [Critical success factors] tab contains request data used to calculate the project or idea’s value. The Budget & ROI section includes fields for capturing "Budget", "ROI", "Workload," and "Risk factor". The Project Ranking section consists of fields for recording "Risk", "Funding", "Duration" and "Complexity".

Cerri Project provides views and charts to help users compare different project requests and make informed decisions. Bubble charts are particularily useful for comparing requests using three different criteria. Users can modify the comparison criteria by selecting options from the dropdown list.
