Create human resources, enter their details and define their general roles and permissions within the system.
From navigation menu go to: Settings > Human resources
Click on New human resource
Enter resource details in the available fields: Email, name, location, phone, type, rates and skills
On the right hand fields: select whether the user is an Admin and whether to Allow user to create projects
Select which, if any, of the Optional apps the user has access to : Expense, Resource and/or Portfolio
Select whether Timesheet submission is required or not for the user
Click Save to save your changes
