Replace a Resource (v10.xx)
To replace a project team member, ensure that the replacement resource has already been added to the project team. The function is useful when a planned resource needs to be changed during project planning phase (stand-by).
- Edit the Project description.
- Click the [three dots] menu, select "Actions", and choose "Replace resource".
In the "Resource replacement" dialog box that appears, select the resource to be replaced and the replacement resource. Once the replacement resource has been selected, all assignments made to the original resource will be re-assigned to the new resource.
