Portfolio Organization Breakdown Structure (v10.xx)

Hierarchal structures have been replaced by OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure).

Cross-portfolio capabilities allow for defining portfolios of projects from varied perspectives, including organizational structures. It supports both static lists of projects and dynamic lists based on selection criteria, or a combination of both.

Field	Use
Title	Name of the portfolio
Managers	List of individuals authorized to modify the portfolio definition
Description	Description of the content of the portfolio

Field	Use
Selection Defines whether the cross portfolio is based on a simple list of projects or on selection criteria. Both options can be checked simultaneously.
Projects Appears only if "By list" is selected as the selection mode. Allows the user to select the list of projects to include in the cross portfolio.
