Portfolio Export (v8.xx)

To periodically export Values from your System, the new Web Version offers a csv export of any flat view.



To configure the export it has to be two things to do.


Define the General export settings Select the Flat View to export

For file type, currently only csv is supported



Destination Type


FTP

Enter "FTP server", "user name", "password" and receiving directory.




File System

Enter the system path

Email

Enter the receiver Email Adress and additional Text for sender information.

  1. View export settings

After general export setting is completed, define the view to export. Create view to export by the create menu.


Select the Flat View to export. The export will create from all columns. Fill in the previous general export setting as Destination.

To run the export defined in setup, it's necessary to enable the agent.
