Portfolio Export (v10.xx)

Cerri Project provides the ability to periodically export values from your system using the CSV export from any flat view.

To configure the export:

Define the General Export Settings
Select the Flat View to export

General Export Settings

File type: Currently, only CSV format is supported.

Destination Type
FTP	Enter the FTP server details, username, password, and the receiving directory.

File System	Provide the system path.
Email	Enter the recipient's email address and additional text for sender information.
Download	Similar to email.

View export settings

Once the general export settings are completed:

Define the view to export. Use the "Create" menu to set up a view for export.

Select the flat view to export. The export will include all columns in the selected view. Fill in the previously defined general export settings to specify the destination.

Select the frequency: Monthly, weekly, daily, or manual.

Note: Only Flat Views are supported for export.

Enable Export Agent

To run the export as defined in the setup, the Export Agent must be enabled.
