Manage Timesheets

Create entries and record/modify time for tasks in your timesheets

  • From navigation menu go to: Timesheet > My timesheets

  • Click on the desired week’s timesheet to open it

  • Under Suggested time from calendar at the top of your timesheet, tasks that were scheduled in your Scheduler but not yet registered as time in your timesheet, will appear highlighted in pink

  • You can modify the time suggested from your Scheduler that you wish to record then click Add to add the entry directly to your timesheet, or Discard if you did not work on the task as planned

  • Click on Add X tasks assigned to me next to the New Row + button to automatically add to your timesheet all tasks currently assigned to you that have not yet been added

  • Or, click New Row + to add a new task entry to your timesheet

  • Start to Enter task name and a list of all corresponding current task names, with their corresponding project (if applicable), will appear for you to select from

  • Once you have selected a task for your new entry click on the time slot(s) under the desired day(s) of the week to enter the hours you wish to record

  • To cancel a task entry entirely simply hover over it then click on the red bin icon on the right to delete it

  • The time totals of the timesheet and your timesheet list will automatically be updated to reflect new time entries
