Note: Applicable only for on premise (GP-OP) installations.


The 'Portfolio' database serves as the referencing module for all the other modules of Cerri Project. Each database that is part of the application must be referenced. This is achieved through the 'Linked database' record.

Description

Title of the database as it will appear in views and as used in the 'Resources' database for destinations.

Database

Selection of a database to be referenced from a list.

Type of database

Automatically populated with the type of Cerri Project database ('Resources', 'Timesheets', 'Projects' ...).

Used for the time fill-in

Yes/No option. Indicates if the 'Projects' database will be linked to a 'Timesheets' database. Useful to prevent retrieving time from 'Archive' databases or 'Projects' databases containing only templates.

Fetch the projects

Specifies whether the list of projects in this database should be retrieved into the Portfolio. Avoids double entries by excluding projects from 'Consolidation' databases, 'Projects' databases used as 'Archive' databases, or 'Archive' databases.

Take into account for availability calculation

Indicates whether the 'Projects' database should be considered by the 'Resources' database for calculating availability. Useful for excluding availability calculations for 'Projects' databases used as 'Archive' database or those containing only templates.
