Use

Project

Main identifier of the project. This may be the project name or both name and code, as defined in the General setup document of the 'Projects' database. The project name and code are specified in the Project Description document and are reflected across all associated documents.

The label serves as a link to directly open the corresponding 'Project description' document.

Phase

Indicates the phase to which the document belongs. This field always shows as '[Global]'.

Status

Displays the current status of the document. Visible only if the document is part of a workflow.

The label provides a shortcut to open the Workflow window.

When user is permitted to change the status, the field also acts as a shortcut to access the dialog box for changing the status.

Assigned to

Visible only if the document is part of a workflow. Displays resources assigned to the document.
