KPI Target detail documents are generated from the KPI Target document.
The number of documents generated depends on the options set in the General setup of the 'Portfolio' database:
If 'Yearly targets' is set to 'Yes':
A 'KPI Target Detail' document is generated for each enabled 'KPI Definition' and each year.
The starting year is the year of the project's planned start date, and the number of years depends on what was set in the 'Number of years' field of the 'General' setup of the 'Portfolio' database.
If 'Yearly targets' is set to 'No':
A 'KPI Target Detail' document is generated for each enabled 'KPI Definition'.
Note: The 'KPI Target' document can be accessed from each corresponding 'KPI Target Detail' document, by clicking on the Header link located at the right of the first section's title.

Name | The name of the KPI Definition for which the target was created. Computed. |
Project | This is the main identifier of the project, that can be the project name or name and code, depending on what is defined in the General setup document of the 'Projects' database. The project name and code are entered in the Project description document and affects all the documents. The label is a link that opens directly the corresponding 'Project description' document. |
Phase | The phase to which the document belongs. Always '[Global]'. |

Year | Only visible If 'Yearly targets' is set to 'Yes' in the 'General' setup of the 'Portfolio' database. The year for which the KPI Target Detail was created. Computed. |
Target | Target value for the given period in relation to the selected KPI and project. This value is editable. If this value is an amount, it is displayed in the project currency, as well as in the reference currency if it differs from the project currency. |
Score (0 to 10) Indicate the weight of the KPI in a given project. |
