KPI Target Detail (v10.xx)

KPI Target detail documents are generated from the KPI Target document.

The number of documents created depends on the configuration in the General setup of the 'Portfolio' database:

If 'Yearly targets' is set to 'Yes': A 'KPI Target Detail' document is generated for each enabled 'KPI Definition' and each year.

The starting year corresponds to the project's planned start date, and the number of years is based on the value set in the 'Number of years' field in the 'General' setup of the 'Portfolio' database.

If 'Yearly targets' is set to 'No': A 'KPI Target Detail' document is generated for each enabled 'KPI Definition'.

Note: The 'KPI Target' document can be accessed from any corresponding 'KPI Target Detail' document by clicking on the Header link at the right of the first section's title.

Field	Use
Name	The name of the KPI Definition for which the target was created. Computed.
Project	The main identifier of the project. It may be the project name or both name and code, depending on the General setup document of the 'Projects' database. The project name and code are entered in the Project description document and affect all the documents. The label is a link that opens the corresponding 'Project description' document directly.
Phase	Indicates the phase to which the document belongs. This field always shows '[Global]'.

Field	Use
Metric	Indicates the performance measure used to assess the KPI. This value is inherited from the corresponding 'KPI Definition' document. Computed.
Year	Visible only if 'Yearly targets' is enabled in the 'General' setup of the 'Portfolio' database. Displays the year for which the KPI Target Detail applies. Computed.
Target	Target value for the specified period, KPI, and project. This value is editable. Displayed in the project currency and, if different, the reference currency.

Score (0 to 10) Indicates the weight of the KPI in a given project.

Field	Use
Description The body of the document. A rich text field that allows the inclusion of text, pictures, attached files, etc.
