Forward or Address Emails to Genius Project (v8.xx)

External users can push information to Geniusproject by forward an existing email to Geniusproject just by adding Geniusproject instance email address.

For example, here Tom is sending a document to Geniusproject

This function is very useful to push e-mails from your favorite e-mail box, Outlook, Gmail, to Geniusproject.

The system doesn't know to which project it belongs to, so Geniusproject notify all project managers in Genius Live! that the new incoming email is waiting to be filed.

Directely from the email it is possible to file the mail, using the option [File] of the menu action bar.

A dialogue box appears to specify which project and phase the email belongs to.

Now the email belongs to the project.

Only Notes Email: If an email is a reply to an email sent out of Geniusproject, then Geniusproject is placing the incoming email in the users "incoming email" box.
