Downgrade Subscription
Decrease the number of current licences on your account at any time.
From navigation menu go to: Settings icon > Plans and Billing
On the right side of Licences purchased: X click on the blue Modify button
Select the number of users/licences you wish to diminish your total count to (must be equal to or greater than 5 licences)
In order to decrease the number of licences: you must first deactivate the corresponding number of users from your organisation’s Cerri account access before their licences can be removed.Click on Next to confirm new number of licences and view your updated account Summary & Payment details
Click on the X at the upper right of the popup window to close; your licence count will be updated automatically
