Define Resource Skills (v10.xx)

Cerri Project allows you to define a list of skills for each resource. You can then search for resources based on their skill set and availability. The list of possible skills is defined in the setup of the [Resources] module.

To define a resources list of skills:

1. Open the resource record in edit mode.
2. Click the icon for the "Skills" field on the [Profile] tab.
   
3. Select the skills from the drop-down list.

The list on the left contains the possible skills defined in the system setup, and the list on the right displays the skills assigned to the resource. Add or remove skills for the resource by moving entries between the lists using the arrows at the center. If the list of possible skills is extensive, you can filter the list by entering criteria in the box above the list.

The resource's list of skills will be displayed. It is possible to remove a skill form the list by deselecting it from the drop-down list.
