Check Task and Assignment Progress (Workload and Deadlines) (v10.xx)

A project leader needs to monitor actual work done on projects in real-time. Comparisons can be made between the planned workload and actual work performed on tasks and assignments. The [Tasks & Plan] section of the "Projects" module contains most of the reports required for tracking tasks and assignments. Here are some examples.

Task workload status: Use the task report view to check the planned workload, actual workload, remaining workload, re-estimated at completion workload, and workload delta (the difference between planned and re-estimated workload).

Resource assignment progress: Access the "Assignments" view under [Task & Plans-->Assignments] in the contextual navigation menu of the "Project" module to monitor resource assignment progress.

Project status reports: Overview reports provide insight into a task’s progress and status. See below.

Project workload status: Use the project overview report to display planned workload, actual workload, remaining workload, and re-estimated at completion workload.

Note: Refer to the "Project Overview" record description for details on color codes.

Resource workload status: Use the assignment report view to monitor planned workload, actual workload, remaining workload, re-estimated at completion workload, and workload delta (the difference between planned and re-estimated workload).
