A change request is used to propose modifications to a project in progress. Examples of such changes that may need to go through an approval process include system enhancements, changes in scope, compliance changes, and senior management or customer requests.
Cerri Project allows change requests to include snapshots of the current project Timeline & Budget, taken from the corresponding sections of the Project description document. This option is configurable in the General setup document of the [Projects] module.
