Cerri Project acts as an email server, managing external email exchanges whether sending, receiving, or responding.
Once the first email is sent from Cerri Project, all subsequent correspondence will be captured and organized, preserving the full conversation thread within Cerri Project.
When users receive an email from Cerri Project, the sender will appear as the unique application address. If they reply to that mail, Cerri Project will receive it and automatically classify the response to maintain the discussion thread.
If Cerri Project is not able to classify an incoming email, it will be stored in the Incoming email box, where a project manager can manually classify it.
