Administration Tab (v10.xx)
System events
An Administration log of system events is created automatically. These record are generated as computed logs, meaning they are non-editable and cannot be modified. Logs are generated when a problem occurs while running an agent or an operation. They are displayed once the agent operation is over, and they are sent to the user when resulting from a user operation.
Problems in progress
The application manager should regularly check this tab for any new problems, as there are currently no automatic notifications sent when new entries appear in this view.
Refer to the chapter "Maintain Notes Databases" under "Problems in progress" for more information.
Abandoned problems
List of all problems which have been abandoned.
Note that it is possible to reprocess abandoned problems in the same way as problems in progress.
