Administration Tab (v8.xx)

  1. System events


Administration log are created automatically. They are computed record, not being possible to manually edit or modify them. These are generated when a problem occurs while running an agent or an operation. They are displayed once the agent operation is over, and they are sent to the user when resulting from a user operation.



  1. Problems in progress


The application manager must check this tab regularly for new problems as currently there are no automatic notifications sent to the application manager when new documents appear in this view.

  1. Abandoned problems


List of all problems which have been abandoned.


Please note that it's possible to reprocess also abandoned problems, the same way as problems in progress.
