Insert Task

Copy Items

Copies selected items to the clipboard. Assignments are copied without current progress. Constraints are also copied, if they exist.

The clipboard contents are not readable outside the Cerri Planner.

Pastes items from the clipboard after the last selected task in the Gantt chart. If no task is selected, the pasted items are appended at the end of the list .

Create Link

Creates a dependency between two items. When using this action, the cursor changes to a cross to select the start and end points of the constraint.

Item Name Displayed

5 options for what information appears inside the item bars on the Gantt Chart:

Name: By default, displays the name of the items.

Resources: Displays the resources assigned to the items. Start date: Displays the start date/time of the items. End Time: Displays the end date/time of the items. None: No name is displayed.
