Task App Project App

Learn about where and how your tasks are organized.

Task App

All your tasks (whether created for yourself or assigned to you by another user) are listed in your Task App under My tasks.

 

The tasks that you have assigned to other users are listed separately in your Task App under Assigned to.

 

Your tasks that belong to projects (created by you or assigned to you) are listed by project in your Task App under Projects.

 

All tasks are automatically organised chronologically for you according to their Due date in the following groups: Past Due, Due Today, Act on in the next 7 days and Someday.

You also have the option of sorting them out by Start date, Effort, Status or Project. For assigned tasks you also have the option of filtering them by assignee.

 

Another viewing option includes showing/hiding completed tasks.

 

Other actions include printing and exporting tasks.

Project App

All project tasks are organized by project in your Project App under Tasks. Depending on your permission level you will see all project tasks or only the ones you created or that were assigned to you (if a guest).

 

All tasks are automatically organized chronologically for you according to their Due date in the following groups: Past Due, Due Today, Act on in the next 7 days and Someday.

 

You also have the option of sorting them out by Start date, Effort, Status or Project.

 

Another viewing option includes showing/hiding completed tasks.

 

Other actions include printing and exporting tasks.
