How to setup your instance

Learn how to select the default language, enable users to work in their preferred language, add users and remove users from your instance.

Permission Based Feature

In order to setup your Cerri instance, you must have Super Admin permission.

How to select your instance’s default language

  • Click on your Avatar in the top right corner
  • Click on Global System Settings
  • Select General Settings in the left-hand menu
  • Under Default Language select the Language from the drop-down menu

How to enable your users to work in their preferred language

  • Click on your Avatar in the top right corner
  • Click on Global System Settings
  • Select General Settings in the left-hand menu
  • Under Default Language check the “Allow users to select interface language” option

How to add users to your instance

  • Click on your Avatar in the top right corner
  • Click on Global System Settings
  • Click on Add a User on the top right-hand corner
  • Fill in the fields for Username, First name, Last name, Password and Confirm Password
  • Click Add

How to import or update users from a CSV file

  • Click on your Avatar in the top right corner
  • Click on Global System Settings
  • Select Users in the left-hand menu
  • Select Import or Update Users
  • Click on Import CSV
  • Drag your CSV File or Browse Files
  • Select Update Existing Users Information option to update user info
  • Click Continue
  • Confirm New User information
